  • When will my order ship?
    Orders are typically shipped out within 3-5 business days.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Standard UPS shipping is FREE to the lower 48 US States! See our Shipping & Returns page for more info. Expedited shipping options are not yet available. HI and AK customers will see their shipping costs when they select their state.
  • How long will it take for a shipment to be delivered to me by UPS Ground?
    How long will it take for a shipment to be delivered to me by UPS Ground? For ground transit times, please see http://www.ups.com/maps/results for a transit time map from our zip code, 80216.
  • Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or anywhere else outside the United States?
    We currently ship to all US States including Alaska and Hawaii. However, those two states do require an additional shipping amount that will be calculated upon checkout. We currently do not ship internationally.
  • How do I track my order?
    Tracking will be emailed to you upon shipment of your prints.
  • Do you offer file editing or color correction support?
    We do not offer file editing or touch-up. Please perform all edits you wish to see before uploading your image. There are many great free photo editing websites available online. We do not alter the color of your images in any way through our print process. We strive to print as accurately as possible. If you have a high quality, calibrated monitor, we're confident you will be happy with the accuracy of the print.
  • How durable is your product? Will the colors fade?
    We print everything with UV inks directly to the surface of the déKORETM print. These inks are strong, durable and very fade resistant. We’ve hung many of our prints outdoors for extended periods of time through harsh winter conditions with little to no signs of damage. This is not recommended, but has been tested. Try doing that with a traditional canvas print!
  • I'm not happy with the déKORETM Print print I received, how do I go about returning it?
    We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please see our returns page if you would like to return your print due to shipping or craftsmanship issues. If there is another issue you are unhappy with, please contact us so we can assist.
  • Do you offer déKORETM sizes any bigger or smaller than the options on your website?
    Our sizes are formulated to get you the best prices possible at multiple sizes and formats. No other sizes are offered at this time.
  • Are there any special mounting instructions I should follow when hanging my piece?
    All of our déKORETM prints come with 3M Command Strips for easy hanging on many different surfaces. However, this might not always be the best method. Please see our hanging instructions for further information.
  • How do I clean/maintain my déKORETM print?
    The best way to clean your déKORETM print is to simply wipe/dust it off with a clean, damp cloth.
  • What image file types do you accept through your site?
    Our website uploading tool accepts JPEG or PNG file types.
  • What is the maximum file size you can accept through your website?
    Our website uploader supports files up to 50 MB.
